Privacy policy
How Janzay LLC collects, uses, protects and shares personal information when you browse our store, manage an account, purchase a digital offer or contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Janzay LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operates this store. Janzay is the controller of personal information used to run our customer accounts, orders, reviews and support. Contact support@janzay.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers the Janzay store; a platform you activate or a payment service you visit may process information separately under its own notice.
We intend to serve customers internationally, subject to product eligibility and legal restrictions. The rights that apply depend on your location and the law governing the processing. References to regional rights below apply where the relevant law covers Janzay and that processing.
2. Information we collect and its sources
We receive information directly from you, from your use of the store, and from service providers that process authentication, payments and fulfillment. Please provide only information needed for the transaction or support request.
- Account information: your email address, account identifier and information needed to authenticate a sign-in link or code. We do not ask you to create a Janzay password.
- Transaction information: ordered items, quantities, price and currency, timestamps, checkout and payment references, order status, and any refund or dispute information available to us.
- Contract records: the policy version and acceptance wording presented at checkout, acceptance time, and the offer information associated with the order.
- Delivery information: activation links, codes, instructions or other access details supplied for your item. These details can be sensitive.
- Support and reviews: messages, attachments you choose to provide, and a review’s display name, rating, text and date. We connect reviews to delivered purchases to verify eligibility.
- Technical information: authentication cookies, your device’s saved shopping bag, and operational information such as request, browser or IP information that hosting, authentication or payment providers may process to deliver and secure their services.
3. Why we use information
We use account and order information to provide requested services: authenticating you, checking offers, processing payment confirmation, obtaining your product, showing progress, delivering access details and resolving order problems. Where applicable, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing our contract with you.
We use limited operational, transaction and support information to protect accounts, prevent duplicate fulfillment, investigate suspicious activity and defend legitimate claims. Where applicable, this relies on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable store, assessed against your rights. We retain or disclose records when a tax, accounting, consumer-protection or other legal obligation requires it.
Publishing a review is optional. We use the information you submit to provide that requested feature and maintain an honest record of customer experiences. If a use requires consent, we request it separately and explain withdrawal. Accepting store terms is not blanket consent to unrelated data processing.
4. Payments, service providers and suppliers
Authorized founders and operations personnel receive internal order notifications in their business-operation inboxes. These include the buyer email, account identifier, purchased items, quantities, amount and payment reference to manage sales and resolve fulfillment issues. Internal notifications do not include activation keys. Access is limited to people who need the information for those purposes.
Whop handles payment information entered on its checkout. Janzay receives payment references and transaction status needed to match payment to an order; our store does not store your full payment-card number or security code. Whop may process information for its own payment, security and legal purposes. Review the notices shown at its checkout.
Our architecture uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting and scheduled processing. When enabled, these providers receive information needed for their service, such as an email destination, an order record or an application request. Providers may use subprocessors. Roles, processing locations and safeguards depend on the service and agreements in force; we remain responsible for our processing.
Suppliers receive the product identifier, quantity and other information necessary for the selected fulfillment method. We do not automatically forward your entire customer profile. If an offer needs your platform email or additional data, that requirement must be explained before submission. Ordinary email support does not require your platform password.
5. Other disclosures and public reviews
A submitted review’s display name, rating, text and date are public. Your email, payment details and activation credentials are not published as part of the review. Choose a display name you are comfortable making public and avoid confidential information in review text.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, competent authorities or other recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend rights, or protect customers from fraud. A business reorganization or transfer may involve controlled access to relevant records, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements. We do not publish customer lists or give activation details to unrelated customers.
6. Cookies and device storage
Authentication cookies maintain and refresh your signed-in session. Your bag is saved in local storage under janzay-cart and can remain until you clear it or the store updates it. The site uses a fixed dark theme; an earlier preview’s saved theme preference no longer controls its appearance.
The store includes the Whop Pixel, which sends page-view events to Whop to measure visits, associate visits with purchases and attribute conversions to advertising. The pixel loads from t.whop.tw. This integration does not explicitly attach your name, email, phone number or delivery codes to page-view events. Browser tracking protection or content blockers may prevent the pixel from loading. Payment and platform websites have separate cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in. Clearing local storage removes your saved bag but does not erase server-side orders.
7. Emails and marketing choices
Sign-in messages, payment confirmations, delivery instructions, review links relating to your purchase and support replies concern your account or transaction. We send them to the email connected with your request or order. The store does not currently enroll buyers in a marketing mailing list. If marketing is introduced, required permission and a working opt-out will be separate from purchasing.
Delivery emails may contain activation credentials. An email provider and anyone with access to your inbox may be able to read them. Protect your mailbox, avoid forwarding access details and notify us if a delivery appears to have reached the wrong address.
8. Security and automated processing
The application restricts order access to the authenticated buyer and encrypts stored delivery credentials. Service credentials are restricted to server-side operations. Payment verification, duplicate-event controls and job records reduce accidental or unauthorized fulfillment. No online service is risk-free; email copies and information on your own device have separate security considerations.
Stock checks, order routing, duplicate prevention and delivery can run automatically. An uncertain supplier submission or payment issue may pause an order for investigation. Contact support for human review if you believe a decision is incorrect. The store does not use customer data to make unrelated credit or employment decisions.
9. Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while needed to operate your account, and delivery information while needed to provide access, support and fulfill the offer. Order, payment-reference and acceptance records may remain after account closure to meet accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate delivery and establish or defend legal claims. Retention depends on the record, product term, legal requirements, applicable limitation periods and any outstanding dispute.
Support records are kept as needed for resolution and related follow-up. Operational logs follow the service’s configured retention and security needs. Reviews remain public while published unless removed under the review rules or a valid request. Backups may retain deleted data until they cycle out; restored information remains subject to the original request and legal exceptions. Records no longer needed for a lawful purpose should be deleted or anonymized. You can ask which retention criteria apply to your records.
10. International processing
Janzay is based in the United States. Providers and suppliers may process information in the United States or other countries, whose laws may differ from those where you live. A global storefront does not mean every provider processes data in every country.
Where law requires a transfer safeguard, we must use an appropriate mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards with required supplementary measures. This notice alone is not a transfer safeguard or consent to waive protection. Contact us for information about relevant recipients, processing locations and safeguards for your data.
11. Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for a consent-based use without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some records must be retained despite deletion requests. Where US state privacy laws apply, additional rights may include knowing categories and disclosures, opting out of sale, sharing or specified profiling, limiting certain sensitive-data uses, and appealing a denial.
Email support@janzay.com from the account email, explain the request and identify relevant records. We may request proportionate identity verification or evidence of an agent’s authority. Do not email identity documents unless we explain a necessary secure method. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any permitted extension, denial, exception or fee. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising protected rights.
EU/EEA and UK individuals may complain to their competent data-protection authority. Other customers may contact their relevant privacy or consumer regulator. Where applicable, request review of a denied request by replying with the reason you disagree. Contact support@janzay.com to exercise applicable rights concerning advertising measurement or sharing through the Whop Pixel.
12. Children, policy changes and contact
The store is intended for adults with capacity to purchase. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13 or intentionally operate child-directed account services. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information inappropriately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We update this notice when practices or legal requirements change. The effective date and version appear above; material changes receive additional notice where required. Privacy questions and complaints can be sent to support@janzay.com or the business address below.
