Refunds & cancellation
What to do when an order is delayed, access does not work, a product is not as described or you want to cancel. This policy preserves mandatory consumer rights.
1. Requesting help, cancellation or a refund
Email support@janzay.com from the purchasing email where possible. Include the reference, product, what happened and the resolution requested. For activation issues, include error text and steps attempted, with passwords, codes and full payment details hidden. A reference helps but is not an absolute requirement if the purchase can be identified another way.
We may make proportionate ownership checks before disclosure or a remedy. Report problems promptly to help preserve evidence and prevent further loss. Prompt reporting is not a shorter deadline replacing a statutory claim period. Keep confirmation emails and relevant messages.
2. Non-delivery and substantial delay
Check My orders and spam first. Payment confirmation can precede delivery; items may be prepared separately. If the stated delivery window passes, ask us to investigate. We will check payment and fulfillment records and explain the next step or a proposed revised delivery time.
If we cannot supply the offer, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by law. You need not accept an unrelated substitute or indefinite extension. Where law requires an additional reasonable delivery opportunity we will explain it; where immediate cancellation is available we will honor it.
3. Invalid access, activation failure and misdescription
Contact us if a code is invalid, activation fails for an account meeting the disclosed conditions, access is missing or the supplied product materially differs from its description. We will investigate and, as appropriate, correct the issue, supply a conforming replacement, reduce the price or refund the affected item. The available remedies and sequence follow applicable law.
You need not resolve Janzay’s failure exclusively with a supplier. Reasonable troubleshooting may be needed, but not password disclosure by ordinary email or steps inconsistent with the stated eligibility. If replacement also fails or correction is unavailable or unreasonably delayed, further remedies may apply.
4. Coverage after activation
A commercial warranty adds to legal rights. Full-warranty coverage applies for the duration and events expressly identified for the selected offer. NW or no warranty does not promise an additional full-term supplier warranty, but does not excuse defective supply, misdescription or statutory obligations.
Report access stopping within a promised period even if activation originally worked. A remedy depends on the promise, cause, disclosed conditions and law. We will not reject a valid claim solely because activation previously succeeded.
5. Unused orders and changing your mind
Request cancellation before fulfillment as quickly as possible. We will check whether the supplier request or delivery can be stopped. Digital delivery can be fast, so sending a request is not itself proof that supply stopped. Where a legal cancellation right applies, supplier processing does not override it.
Where no mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right applies, we generally do not offer change-of-mind returns of correctly delivered, activated or used access because it may not be recoverable or transferable. We may review an unused, unfulfilled order on its circumstances. Discretionary exceptions do not reduce legal rights on another order.
6. Statutory withdrawal rights
Eligible EU/EEA and UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to rules for the particular digital content or service. The starting date, exceptions, extensions for missing information and any payment for a service supplied at your request depend on that law. Other countries may provide different cancellation rights or consumer guarantees.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, loss of withdrawal rights on immediate supply requires legally prescribed prior express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation. Payment, general acceptance or availability of a code alone does not prove all conditions were met. We rely on an exception only where its conditions are satisfied and recorded; otherwise statutory withdrawal rights remain. Faulty or misdescribed content rights survive a valid change-of-mind exception.
Send a clear withdrawal statement before the applicable deadline. No particular wording or reason is required where law provides no-reason withdrawal. The optional notice below can help. We apply the legal reimbursement deadline, including 14 days from notification where applicable, rather than a discretionary processing timetable.
7. Optional withdrawal notice
To: Janzay LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; support@janzay.com.
I give notice that I withdraw from / cancel my contract for: [product or service]. Order reference if available: [reference]. Ordered on: [date]. My name: [name]. Purchasing email: [email]. Address where required for the applicable notice: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.
An ordinary email is sufficient instead of this template where applicable. Do not include passwords, unused codes or full payment details.
8. Duplicate and unauthorized payments
Report an apparent duplicate charge with both references if available. We distinguish duplicates from separately authorized purchases and correct actual duplicate payments. A pending card authorization may differ from a completed payment; the provider can explain its status.
Report unauthorized transactions promptly to your payment provider as well as Janzay. We may pause unfulfilled items during investigation. A dispute does not automatically invalidate a genuine claim. We do not require waiver of legal payment-dispute rights to obtain help, although duplicate recovery for the same loss is unavailable.
9. Assessing claims and reviewing decisions
We consider the accepted description, pre-payment disclosures, delivery record, eligibility, error details and applicable law. An incompatible region, incorrect account, missed deadline or prohibited sharing may affect a claim if the condition was clearly disclosed and lawful. These are not automatic rejection reasons regardless of circumstances.
Fabricated claims or misuse of working access do not qualify for a second copy or refund. Suspicion alone is not a substitute for investigating evidence. We explain declined requests and their basis. Reply if information was missed or request further review. Consumer-authority and court remedies remain available.
10. Refund method, amounts and timing
Approved refunds normally return through Whop to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed or necessary. We do not replace a required monetary refund with credit without agreement. For a partially affected order, the remedy normally covers the affected item and amounts legally due with it, without reducing rights concerning other items.
We submit refunds within applicable legal deadlines and communicate the outcome or available reference. Bank, processor and payment-method timing can affect when funds appear, without removing our obligations. Refund currency normally follows the original transaction. Bank conversion rates or separate fees may differ; amounts Janzay is legally required to return will still be returned.
11. After replacement or refund
Where a resolution cancels or replaces access, stop using the refunded or replaced access as directed to the extent lawfully required. We may revoke access we are entitled to revoke and update records. Replacement does not erase a statutory guarantee or restart, shorten or replace its period except as law provides.
Read this policy with the Terms of Service and selected offer. A commercial policy may add protection but cannot remove mandatory rights. The version presented for the order remains relevant to it. Contact Janzay LLC at the details below for help exercising a remedy.
