How do I receive Paramount+?

After payment is confirmed, we request the selected product from its supplier. Your activation details are then saved in your account and emailed to your sign-in address.

Will this work with my existing account?

“Lifetime” is the supplier’s label, not a lifetime guarantee from Janzay. Exact duration and replacement terms require confirmation. Region and account access rules must be confirmed. Check the exact activation method before paying; some offers require a new account or a qualifying account.

What happens if my order takes longer?

You receive a payment confirmation first. Your account shows progress while the supplier prepares the order. If it exceeds the stated delivery window, contact support with your order reference.

What if activation does not work?

Contact support@janzay.com with your order reference and the error message. We investigate failed delivery or activation and arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable. See our refunds policy for details.
